Villa Frangipani is 5-bedroom garden villa, ideally positioned in the serene and secure neighborhood of Nai Harn. Recently renovated and surrounded by lush vegetation, this tranquil retreat offers a peaceful escape. Within this neighborhood, you'll find a variety of trendy coffee shops, bakeries, and restaurants, including the renowned Le Celtique. To fully savor the island and the villa, we recommend renting scooters or a car.
Upon entering, the main door leads to a living room that seamlessly opens to the swimming pool. The living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV, surround sound system, two large sofas, and a fan. The European-style kitchen comes complete with all necessary appliances, cutlery, dishware, pots, pans, and even a large wok. It features a spacious refrigerator, microwave, oven, rice cooker, coffee machine, blender, electric kettle, and toaster. Adjacent to the kitchen, a dining table offers a view of the pool.
The entire villa is conveniently located on the ground floor, with the first bedroom featuring a queen bed, closet, AC, blackout curtains, and a large desk with an armchair for work, complemented by high-speed wifi. The adjacent bathroom includes a bathtub and shower.
The master bedroom, situated at the other end of the living room, offers a full view of the pool and an ensuite bathroom. The room features a king-size bed, two large closets with hangers, and a safe. The other two bedrooms are equipped with king-size beds, closets, and ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers. The fourth bedroom has independent access, an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, a king bed, a TV, and a DVD. The last bedroom also has independent access, a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a TV. All bedrooms boast pool views, spacious closets, AC, fans, and blackout curtains.
The beautifully landscaped garden is adorned with numerous trees and bushes. The inviting swimming pool is complemented by sun loungers, while an outdoor shower is conveniently placed nearby. The expansive and covered outdoor patio includes a dining area, refrigerators, stovetop, sink, burners, and a wooden pizza oven. Additionally, a new BBQ grill is provided for you to prepare and savor meals with your loved ones. For convenience, the grill should be stored under cover to prevent rusting and cleaned before departure (otherwise charges apply).
The private and gated garage features automatic doors. A washing machine, clothesline hangers, and an ironing board are also available for your convenience.
Upon your arrival at Villa Frangipani, one of our villa managers will be there to greet you. The rental includes 50 kW/day of electric usage, with any additional usage charged at 7 baht per unit. Water usage is included. Please note that cleaning service during your stay is not included, and the price for cleaning is THB3000 per session, which includes towels and linen change. Kindly book your cleaning at least 48 hours in advance.
