"Will come again!"

We had a wonderful stay in this amazing villa in Kata. It is modern, clean and spacious and located in a private, green and quiet area just a 5 minutes walk away from Kata Beach or Kata Noi Beach. Bow was a great host and helped us with everything we needed to have a perfect stay. We had a very good time in this luxury villa and can really recommend it. So we will come again.

"Amazing poperty"

The property is amazing. There are some hills which make the walk back from town a bit difficult, but very possible if you just take it slow. Being on top of the hills also makes for spectacular views and sunsets. The back gate to Kata Noi is very convenient to getting to an amazing beach and restaurants. The team that you have access to will be able to assist with every aspect of your time on Phuket and are extremely friendly. I would recommend this property.

"Never wanted to leave!"

I will first say that the pictures do not do this place justice. It was way better than I expected, particularly the pool. It is in a great location, very close to Kata and Kata Noi beach. The host was very responsive and was able to help me with all my questions. My family and I ended up staying two extra days because I simply could not leave!!!
