Baan Hen

Villa Baan Hen is a stylish hillside retreat overlooking Kata Beach on Phuket’s southern coast. This elegant five-bedroom villa combines classic Thai design with modern comfort, offering sweeping views of the Andaman Sea and a peaceful atmosphere ideal for families or groups.

The villa spans two levels. The master suite sits on the upper floor with a four-poster bed, private study, and luxurious bathroom featuring a sunken tub and walk-in shower. Four additional bedrooms are located on the lower level. One guest suite is separate from the main house with a large ensuite. Two twin rooms share a bathroom, while a fifth bedroom offers twin beds that can be converted into a double, also with its own ensuite.

The focal point of the villa is the infinity pool, surrounded by a sandstone deck and a traditional Thai sala. A fountain flows into the pool, cascading down to a mini-pool and Jacuzzi on the lower terrace—ideal for unwinding with ocean views.
