Villa Tierra is a 1 bedroom beachfront villa designed for easy tropical living by the sea. The villa features an open plan design that combines the bedroom, living area, dining area, and kitchen into a seamless private sanctuary. Natural timber furnishings, woven textures and floor-to-ceiling glass doors create a warm and calming atmosphere allowing the villa to feel bright, open and closely connected to its beachfront setting.

At the heart of the villa is an extra large king size bed (2 m x 2.5 m) with luxury mattress and pillow menu for restful sleep. The expansive design also includes a lounge and dining area, fully equipped kitchen and a dedicated work desk, making the villa perfect for both slow leisure days and more comfortable longer stays. In-room comfort is provided by air-conditioning and ceiling fans, while Wi-Fi, a Smart TV with Netflix, sound system, safe, ironing system and clothes washing and drying machine ensure a seamless stay.

The ensuite bathroom has a walk in rain shower, separate toilet, hairdryer, luxury bathroom amenities, fresh towels for shower and pool, first aid and light music system in the shower. Every detail is designed to encourage comfort and ease while keeping a refined beachfront mood.

Outside, floor-to-ceiling glass doors open onto a private terrace with sea-facing infinity pool of approximately 45 sqm.
