The Villa is nestled on the hillside of Koh Samui’s pristine west coast, providing guests with unparalleled views of the Gulf of Thailand and overlooking the unspoiled islands of the Ang thong National Marine Park.

The Villa consists of 4 ensuite bedrooms plus 1 ensuite kid bedroom with a bunk bed for up to 4 kids. An open space living and dining area and swimming pool are located on the same floor made the family holiday perfect, keeping everyone gathering together. Featured with an office workspace, indoor cinema, oversized lap-pool, jacuzzi, gym, spa area, and yoga deck.

A stunning vacation property This villa really is a beautiful property, with every luxury you could ever need, and views from every room that are just amazing. As is so often the case, the pictures don't do the views justice, and even though the villa is a 10 minute drive from Nathon, don't let this put you off. Lime Samui Estates is nestled in the hills amid swaying palms & coconut trees, and each of the three villas is situated in their own, huge sections, with beautifully landscaped gardens, meaning you truly do have total privacy. The villa is large, with big ensuite bedrooms, each with private terraces or balconies, and need I say it again, those views! This property is perfect for several families staying together, space for the kids to play, & the adults to rest up too. It has it's own cinema, pool room, gym and spa, and a huge 20m infinity pool, for mucking about it with the kids, or swimming some lengths for the energetic. The staff are super friendly & on hand to clean up, and help out, & there is also an in house chef who cooks wonderful food, both Thai & international dishes - great if the kids want a cheese toastie, & then the adults want a Thai bbq! This really is a wonderful property in a beautiful setting & I will be back, with my family & friends. My Favourite Place In The World I absolutely LOVE lime villas we were there for model photo shoots in a group of 15 and I fell in love with all the villas it’s seriously a place that should be on everyone’s bucketlist. Colin and the team go above and beyond to make sure your stay is a life lasting memory from the moment you walk in the doors you feel at home in pure luxury, as you come down the stairs into the villas you are breathless with the stunning views over the infinity pool. Then you walk into the main dining and lounge area for endless wow moments throughout the villas, The sunken lounge we used a lot with our group for many great laughs. The in house staff are amazing always willing to help you in anyway, the private chefs cook the most amazing food. We even had one of the staff come into us in the 12 seater cinema room with popcorn for us. The villas come with your own person drivers in modern vans that can take you anywhere. Lime Villas is truely a special place and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED if I could live there forever I would. Everything You Could Asked for In a Private Villa What can I say? Lime Splash beats everything there was we had experienced. The view, quality of service, food, facilities, exclusivity and above all, the permeating can-do attitude that made our stay so special. The service personnel went out of their ways to meet our every demand and made it all so enjoyable and easy at Lime! Definitely returning to relive the unforgettable stay at Lime!

Your Place for Relaxion First of all, I would like say that this was the first time for me to visit Koh Samui that's way I tried to find a place that would make feel comfortable at home with my family..so I came across this amazing villa that's has everything in it and I was determined to try it out.. The villa has everything as mentioned and looks better than the pictures in real!! We didn't have enough time to experience everything in the villa because we were on tours around the island.. The Staff at the villa were very friendly and helpful especially the villa manager (aka Sugar) and she was sweet like sugar.. They did everything that we asked for of services and requests.. The food at the villa was so good that made me in love with thai food.. The chef did an amazing job in preparing the food and also considering our taste and desire.. I wish that I met him to thank him and give him something before our departure to show our appreciation for the amazing food.. Hopefully will check it again in the Future!!"
