WHAT AN EXPERIENCE! MADE MY YEAR! April , 2018

So I am not even sure where to start, firstly there is a free pick up which they offer from the airport which was seamless and easy. When you arrive at first I was like where are we going, but you stop and see this beautiful metal gate. Its like the gateway to heaven! There was even a lovely young man which was there to greet us and ask us what time we wanted breakfast! Every single inch of the property is beautiful, there is not one detail which was missed! So I am not even sure where to start, firstly there is a free pick up which they offer from the airport which was seamless and easy. It's amazing; the Villa on the Rocks is like a small paradise on the west coast of Phuket’s island. Only stand up in front of the door it’s already impressive, and in addition, when you're inside seems like a dream come true. The garden, the waterfall and the fish pond transmit me a peace and tranquillity sensation, the dining room and the bedrooms are nice decorated and comfortable. Being there, I felt like I was in a big family, which took care of us and helped us with everything they could. The truth is that I have no complaints, everything was perfect. It's amazing; the Villa on the Rocks is like a small paradise on the west coast of Phuket’s island. The Villa on the Rocks in Surin is without any doubt the finest place we have stayed in Thailand. The location is great for the beach but also has a really big swimming pool right outside the villa. The rooms are fabulous, amazing decor and extremely clean and well presented. But that is just the beginning, when you add this to an absolute top class service from the very professional and friendly staff, the whole experience is just brilliant. I highly recommend this for anyone. The Villa on the Rocks in Surin is without any doubt the finest place we have stayed in Thailand. The beauty your surrounded by while you dine along with the attention to detail from our hosts you can’t find anywhere else. They helped arrange a lavish surprise birthday dinner that truly moved us to tears of joy. They have plenty of amenities available for you so don’t overpack toiletries. Fresh towels and beach bags were available for us for the pool or the beach. If your looking to recharge and relax this is the place to stay. I highly recommend staying here, you will be delighted! I am obessed with interior design so booked the place without any hesitation, even the place is a bit above my budget and we only have 5 ppl...The place is just beyond my expectation! The mixture of asia and modern design, friendly and considerate staff, delicate but natural tropical garden view, and tasty breakfast.....everything is so perfect and I gonna miss it so much! Thanks for offering this great experience to myself and my family, hopefully I will come back soon with friends! Very happy with the service and the villa. If we had any issues, Fred would immediately respond and send someone to fix the issue. Highly recommend if you're looking for a place to stay in Phuket. We had a group of three families from the US and from Europe, and we are incredibly grateful to Fred and Aom for their fantastic hospitality in their outstanding four-bedroom villas. And we are also very thankful of Kuhn Ja and her staff for all the breakfasts, lunches, massages, and transportation they provided to us. We loved the barbecue seafood they prepared on the first night, as well as the farewell Pad Thai on our last day. We had six adults and two kids. We had a group of three families from the US and from Europe, and we are incredibly grateful to Fred and Aom for their fantastic hospitality in their outstanding four-bedroom villas. And we are also very thankful of Kuhn Ja and her staff for all the breakfasts, lunches, massages, and transportation they provided to us. In addition to the beautiful villa that looked like a tropical paradise, we had a team of folks helping us make ride reservations, cooking us delicious meals (breakfast was included in the rental fee), arranging for massage therapists to come to the villa, and more. The villa is also a short walk from Surin beach, a popular but not overcrowded spot with on demand surf lessons, board rentals, street food, and more. We stayed here for a week with our 3 sons and enjoyed every second! Aom and Fred’s villa is beautiful and serene. It is close enough to walk to restaurants and the beach without any inconvenience. Although, leaving the villa is completely optional since there is a a huge saltwater pool available to cool off in as well as delicious traditional Thai dishes that can be prepared for a small fee for dinner. Pija and team went out of their way to accommodate us in many ways We stayed here for a week with our 3 sons and enjoyed every second! Aom and Fred’s villa is beautiful and serene. Aom and Fred's place is absolutely beautiful! The decor is just as pictured, and we really enjoyed the Surin Beach area. There are restaurants and stores (convenience, food, smoothies, etc.) just a block away. The staff at Villa on the Rocks took excellent care of us. Breakfast was delicious and made to order every morning. We took advantage of dinner at the home one night and it may have been our favorite Thai meal of the trip. The villa was cleaned daily and they even did our laundry! Aom and Fred's place is absolutely beautiful! The decor is just as pictured, and we really enjoyed the Surin Beach area. Everything about the description and images are true. We loved it. Aom and Fred were able to accommodate a huge family of 13 (including a 2 and 3 year old) in their 4 bedroom villa due to the fact that the 5 bedroom was booked. It was everything we had hoped and much more. Although the photos are superb, they do not fully capture the spectacular grand atmosphere and serenity of Villa the Rocks. We looked forward to coming back to it after each days activity. We spent 10 days at the Villa and had the opportunity to sit and view it from just about every angle – inside and out. The thoughtful detail and talented design that went into both the landscaping and the interior features are just stunning. It was everything we had hoped and much more. WE had a very enjoyable & wonderful time in Phuket while staying at this Villa on The Rocks. What I like most about the villa is its tropical-themed design, decors, and layout. The environment was very comfortable and serene with the sprawling lush tropical gardens, which featured a large Zen Koi pond in the center courtyard. Having breakfast and dinners in the outdoor dining area surrounded by greens and listening to the sounds of the waterfall was very therapeutic and calming. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Each room had its own TV as well. Hot water showers were available. For security, each of the rooms also had a safe for you to keep your valuables. The services of the Villa team of Jason & Brian were very attentive and thoughtful. They prepared for us continental & Thai breakfast in the morning which was basic but satisfying. The Villa also featured a large swimming pool surrounded by a beautiful tropical garden landscape which was shared with some other villas. It was a very revitalizing experience to have a swim in the pool. I recommend groups and families of eight to stay here during their visit to beautiful Phuket. Some areas of improvement would be the maintenance of plumbing as some of the sinks and shower drains could not drain water fast enough. There was a faulty door lock at one of the rooms. It would also be great if the Villa had a Sonos sound system or similar to play music. I guess maybe they did not install this on purpose as they wanted to ensure no loud music that would disturb its neighbors. I will definitely come back here to stay.
