Amylia is a distinctive, opulent villa with stunning views of the sea, the lovely island of Koh Mat Lang, and the mountains. It is situated in Northern Chaweng, in the exclusive gated enclave of Narayan Heights.  The Villa is surrounded by wonderful 5-star resorts and fine dining establishments in Choeng Mon and Chaweng, and it is only 250 meters from the beach.  The setting of Villa Amylia is one that lends itself well to style and design. A soft grey stone floor runs seamlessly across the main level's open layout's bedrooms, balconies, and adjoining en suite bathrooms.  All of the hardwood furniture was constructed to order to give the room a lovely, cohesive finish, especially when matched with the made-to-order wardrobes.  To add depth and texture, wooden slats are a recurrent element in the living spaces and bedrooms. The villa gives off a calm, natural vibe when paired with the rest of the interior's natural color design.  The remaining 2 bedrooms enjoy a remarkable 270-degree sea view and partially overlook Koh Samui's lovely mountains. Seven of the nine bedrooms feature amazing sea views.

Aware of the impact such a huge property has, the villa is entirely powered by solar panels hidden from view on the top flat roof. The villa has 9 opulent bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms that include bathtubs or showers, one of which is unusual and has a giant bunk bed and an extra-large sofa that can accommodate up to six youngsters or young people. Natural stone and oak are used extensively in the contemporary with some tropical influences in the bedroom interior design. interiors with bespoke design features and bold artwork that are bright and airy. The maximum sense of outdoor living will be provided by the floor-to-ceiling sliding doors.  Villa Amylia Emerald (5 bedrooms) or Villa Ruby (3 bedrooms and a children's room/entertainment area) can be reserved separately for smaller groups.
