Upni Duniya is a 9 bedroom beachfront estate. With multiple pavilions set into lush gardens and plenty of open-concept living and dining spaces, this luxurious estate is great for large groups.

Featuring an oversized chemical-free pool with a floating central island and pool deck equipped with plush loungers, you’ll immediately find you’ll never want to leave this paradise. Other notable highlights include a private fitness center, hot tub, private plunge pool, and unique bath fixtures like Jacuzzi tubs and sumptuous rain showers in every bathroom. With two full kitchens, one dedicated to vegetarian dishes, it truly caters to every taste.

The villa’s location is unbeatable, close to the beach and all of the best attractions in Koh Samui. The Big Buddha, Wat Plai Leam and the Fisherman’s Village are all under a five minute drive away.

Each of the elegant bedrooms are gorgeously decorated, with rich hardwood and traditional accents, as well as floor-to-ceiling windows to bathe the rooms in natural light. The presidential suite enjoys a king-size bed as well as a stunning ensuite complete with a jacuzzi. Four garden suites also boast king-size beds and ensuites, along with relaxing outdoor bathtubs. There are also four further gate suites that feature king-size beds and ensuite bathrooms.

Place all to yourself for a group of 8-18 This is by far my favourite place in Thailand. Once you've been here once, you'll want to come back every year. The food (the chef), the staff, the infinity pool dropping into the horizon, and a big screen TV with satellite for those must see sporting events! There is nothing not to love.

Beautifully designed boutique hotel with excellent staff We stayed as part of a private party taking over the whole 9 rooms. The rooms are wonderfully decorated with amazing attention to detail. The staff are attentive and could not do enough for us, anticipating every need and serving with traditional grace and Thai style. The owner was constantly on site to attend to our needs and was friendly and helpful. She organised parties on the beach for us on different themes and arranged entertainment for us with talented displays from flamethrowers, Ladyboys, traditional Thai dancing, disco, diablo displays.....and more! Amazing. Food was excellent and varied. We had a wonderful time.
