Beautiful property and amazing service This is a beautiful house with a fantastic outlook. We had 3 families (6 adults 7 kids from 5-16) and it worked very well for us. Daniel the property manager was very easy to deal with and Joop, who looked after us with several other staff, and the rest of the staff were fantastic. Jeff's cooking was delicious. Highly recommend. Joop helped us organise activities and was incredibly helpful in making it a relaxed holiday that all families loved. The only downside, which is no reflection on the property and the staff as it is beyond their control, is the beach has a fair bit of rubbish (as do all beaches in Koh Samui, some are cleaned each morning but the rubbish is there again the next day). Seeing locals bury the rubbish on the beach to hide it and burn plastics was also a bit depressing. This is a problem for all of us to solve as seen by the rubbish on the Bali beaches.

Couln't have asked for much more All 13 of us from UK and NZ spent a week at Pavana Villa. We could not speak highly enough of Nice, Joop Joop, Da Da and the team. They did a splendid job of attending to our needs and wants. the Villa is certainly top line, the owner should be very proud of both the property and staff. If i have one comment, it is they are almost too efficient, couldn't put my drink down and turn around without them clearing away the part drink. But thats the standard they brought to all aspects of their very friendly service. We celebrated 2 birthdays while there and they joined in and supported the festivities wonderfully.

Most wonderful stay ever!! We have spent a wonderful week in Villa Suma, 10 persons in total!! All the rooms are superb and decorated beautifully. The view has really the WOW factor with the swimming pool and sea in front of you, the tree gives it the finishing touch. Staff is kind and professional, we were very well taken care for. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The cook has made every day delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner and surprised us with late afternoon snacks. For all of us it was a fantastic and unique experience. Thanks to all the people responsible for Pavana Villa!!!
