Lime Estate encompass 12.5 acres of hillside splendor, harnessing the topography of the indigenous coconut palm and affording complete privacy. The estate consists of 3 villas with 12 ensuite bedrooms and 3 ensuite kids' rooms with bunk beds, making it a unique one-of-a-kind villa choice for significant events, such as weddings, company retreats, and large family gatherings. The Villas can accommodate up to 27 adults with 1 additional extra bed set-up and 12 children in the kid's room in each Villa. 

All 3 villas have an accessible walkway for every guest to feel they are still together during the holiday. The buffet-style dinner can be set up together in one Villa in Villa Spice with an additional set up by a professional event planner.  Each Villa features an unblocked infinity pool overlooking Koh Samui's west coast with a fantastic sunset during the dinner. 

The Estate location is located close to well-known Koh Samui's tourist spots, restaurants, and nightlife. Beautiful sandy Lipa Noi beach and Bang Por beach can be reached within a 20-minute drive.
