For your safety, the villa is equipped with a first-aid kit, fire extinguisher, and safety deposit box for your valuables. We also provide emergency contact numbers for your peace of mind.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa for your convenience. However, please be mindful that island connectivity can sometimes be less reliable than you might be used to.

House rules

Our standard check-in time is from 2 PM, and check-out is by 11 AM. If you require flexibility around these times, please let us know in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs based on our booking schedule.
To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, we kindly ask you to adhere to our house rules, which include no smoking inside the villa, no pets, and respecting the quiet hours from 11 PM to 7 AM.

Special Note

A refundable security deposit is required upon check-in. This is to cover any incidental damages that may occur during your stay. The deposit will be fully refunded at check-out, provided there are no damages to the property.
The villa is cleaned prior to your arrival and once a week during your stay. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request for an extra charge. Pool and garden maintenance are conducted regularly to ensure they are in pristine condition for your enjoyment.
Please note that electricity is charged separately based on your usage at the local rate. This is common practice in Koh Samui to encourage energy conservation. Water, however, is included in your stay.
