The villa boasts 7 en suite bedrooms spread across two levels, accommodating up to 18 guests comfortably. On the entrance level, the master bedroom suite features a king-sized bed, walk-in wardrobe, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom. Another bedroom with two single beds and a private bathroom is ideal for younger children needing proximity to their parents.

The lower level houses the remaining 5 bedrooms, each equipped with king-sized beds, spacious en-suite bathrooms, and built-in wardrobes. Bedroom 5 includes an extra single bed, perfect for families or children sharing a room. Patio doors from all bedrooms lead directly to the sun terrace and the private swimming pool. Additionally, Bedroom 6 offers two sets of bunk beds, while Bedroom 7 provides a single bed and a bunk bed, suitable for children or staff.

The ground floor features a second living room/games room, furnished with a large comfortable sofa, a 50” flat-screen TV, DVD player, pool table, dart board, and gym equipment, offering ample space for relaxation and entertainment. Upstairs, the main living room boasts a 50" flat-screen TV/DVD player, cable TV, and blue tooth speakers, with access to an outdoor dining area on the covered balcony overlooking tropical jungle views. The fully equipped luxury kitchen includes a comfortable Thai sitting area, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay.
