Families and kids can enjoy the intimate private garden on the side, perfect for a barbecue night. The open kitchen with an oak wood breakfast bar provides a perfect view of the bay, fully equipped with a 4-burner gas stove, traditional & microwave oven, rice cooker, food mixer, and toaster.

The generous air-conditioned living room seamlessly opens to the outside pool area, featuring a 12-guest sofa, 55” flat screen SMART TV, and a 5.1 sound system with a DVD player, ideal for relaxation after a day at the beach.

With a total of 4 bedrooms, including 2 with king-size beds and 2 with twin beds, the villa accommodates 8 adult guests. Additionally, it can host 1 extra adult guest (on an extra bed) and 2 toddlers (in cribs). The master bedroom boasts a full sea view terrace with outdoor furniture. All rooms are equipped with ceiling fans and air conditioning, and a safe is present in the villa. Premium bedding and topper with 100% hotel-grade cotton bed sheets ensure restful nights with breathtaking sea views.

All bathrooms are en-suite with rain showers, granite basins, and supplied with bath amenities, bath towels, and beach towels.
