The villa offers four bedrooms, accommodating up to nine guests comfortably. The master suite features a king-size four-poster bed, built-in wardrobes, and a spacious en-suite bathroom with a luxurious walk-in shower and bath. Sliding doors open directly onto the sun deck and the private swimming pool, enhancing relaxation.

Bedroom 2 offers a king-size bed, while Bedroom 3 provides twin single beds, both sharing a generously sized family bathroom. Bedroom 4 includes its own en-suite bathroom and large bunk beds. The living room boasts ample seating on a vast leather sofa and a 50" flat-screen television with DVD player and cable TV. The 10-seater dining room table offers an inviting space for meals.

Outside, guests can enjoy an 8x4 meter swimming pool with an integral jacuzzi, a sunbathing terrace, and a dining Sala. Amenities include taxes, daily maid service, regular linen and towel changes, utilities, internet, cable TV, a welcome pack, and a private airport transfer.
